About Jade
##Attunement Therapeutics
Jade Offers two different session types:
Nervous system focused Craniosacral and Somatics (for nervous system health, stress support)
- This is a clothed session focused on deep listening, tuning in together, releasing layers of stored tension, gentle, long sustained gentle holds.
Craniosacral, Myofascial Release & Massage (for injuries and pain)
- This session can be clothed or undressed, ideally come wearing full coverage underwear or shorts for flexibility.
- This session is specific, methodical, intentional; focused on unwinding deep seated tension and torsional patterns in the body, pressure can oscillate between deep and subtle.
Both sessions are billable to RMT benefits.
####Jade's approach:
As a deeply feeling and sensitive person, Jade’s work is rooted in her own ongoing journey of healing and becoming more embodied. Through her personal experiences of deepening her relationship with her body and nervous system, she has developed a gentle, intuitive approach that honours the body’s natural capacity to heal and reorganize when given the right support.
Jade listens closely to the nervous system and the body’s tissues, allowing each session to unfold in a way that supports regulation, release and deeper presence. No two sessions are the same; each treatment is guided by what your body is communicating in the moment. Rather than offering a traditional full-body massage sequence, Jade’s work is centred around slowing down, listening inward, and creating space for the nervous system and tissues to soften, unwind, and reconnect.
Her sessions may include gentle craniosacral techniques, myofascial release, visceral masssage, intra-oral release and deep sustained pressure. At times, she might also incorporate some traditional swedish massage techniques, active movements, and exercises to support each client’s unique needs.
Jade’s work also has a somatic component, which can include gentle conversation, curiosity and bringing awareness to sensations, emotions, and patterns held within the body. While she is not a counsellor, she welcomes the emotional experiences that can naturally arise during bodywork and believes that our physical and emotional wellbeing are intrinsically connected.
With a love for anatomy and understanding the intricacies of the human body, Jade enjoys sharing that knowledge with clients; to inspire them develop a deeper awareness and curiosity about their own bodies.
Jade’s ideal client is someone who values deep presence and somatic awareness; someone who desires support in reconnecting with their body and becoming more present within themselves. Her sessions are not an opportunity to check out, but an invitation to check in :)
