À propos de jaimie
Dans ses motsStarting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s also a brave and courageous decision to make! My approach is open, gentle, and free of judgment, allowing us to work together as a team to face any challenges.
I specialize in parts work and CBT, and also use somatic-based techniques to engage both your mind and body in the healing process. Together we'll gently revisit those tough moments and work through them together, helping you let go of negative self-beliefs and feel more confident and secure. We'll also take a compassionate look at your thoughts, behaviors, values, and beliefs to understand what's really going on for you to create a supportive plan to tackle challenges and help you reach your goals, all at a pace that feels right for you.
I help with a range of issues like self-esteem, ADHD, trauma, sexual wellness, depression and anxiety.
