I also incorporate an existential framework, guiding clients through deeper questions around meaning, purpose, and personal responsibility, helping you feel empowered on your journey toward healing.
For children, I bring in elements of art and play therapy to help them express themselves in a comfortable, creative way. I integrate these techniques to support children in processing emotions and experiences in ways that feel natural to them.
