James brings a robust educational background in both physical and mental health sciences to his practice. He earned an advanced diploma in massage therapy from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2022, following a graduate diploma in Applied Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario in 2021. During this period, he also obtained his certification as a personal trainer. In 2019, James completed a Bachelor of Cognitive Science with a specialization in Psychology at Carleton University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. This diverse expertise enables James to offer a holistic approach to treatment, addressing both the body and the mind. With an athletic background spanning multiple sports, cities, and universities, James understands what it takes to achieve peak athletic performance, recover effectively from injuries, and prevent them altogether. His personal training experience also equips him to provide comprehensive home care guidance, including stretching and resistance exercises, ensuring clients have the tools needed for optimal health and performance.
