À propos de Jamie
Dans ses motsJamie has always been passionate about health and wellness. He believes that in order to strive in all other parts of life, self care has to be a priority. He came into massage therapy to help others achieve this balance in their lives and to be a guide to reaching their own wellness goals.
Jamie treats postural, repetitive and overuse injuries, often seen in both sedentary desk jobs and active manual labour. Some of his patients see him as they adjust to lifestyle changes or to make improvements to their current activity level.
He also believes that incorporating specific stretching and strengthening makes his treatments increase effectiveness.
Jamie has continuing education in perinatal massage and works with pediatric patients, having experience with high risk pregnant patients at BC Women’s Hospital.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys Vancouver’s food scene and spending time with his wife, daughter and best buddy pup Archie.
Jamie is in the clinic on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
