Dans ses motsHi, I'm Janelle! Like many, I have the classic Yukon tale... I moved up north for an adventure and never looked back. My roots are Personal Training and lifestyle coaching and I pride myself on practicing what I preach, creating balance. My vision is to help my clients reach their full potential through movement of the body and to discover how capable they really are. I believe that movement clears the mind and allows us to break through limiting beliefs to live happier, more fulfilled lives. My philosophy is functional fitness; to me this means prescribing fun, real-life, and balanced movements to enrich quality of life.

« FOR NEW PATIENTS. We will spend the first few minutes reviewing your health history, completing assessments as necessary, and designing a treatment plan with you that suits your goals. The remaining time will be spent completing the massage. »Prenatal - Massage
« If you require the use of the pregnancy pillow for your massage, please use this appointment for your bookings! We have one pregnancy pillow available, which allows a growing baby to be supported while you safely lay face down on the table. Being able to lay face down allows your RMT to access the back half of you much easier, so long as you are comfortable. »Personalized Training
