Janet Arnold
À propos de Janet
Dans ses motsWith over 25 years of experience supporting children, parents, adults, couples, and families, I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy grounded in safety, understanding, and respect. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship stress, ADHD, and ASD.
My background as a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Early Childhood Educator, and Triple P Practitioner allows me to bring a developmentally informed and practical lens to therapy and parent consultation. I tailor each session to clients’ goals and strengths, supporting insight, confidence, and meaningful change.
I draw from evidence-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based strategies, and attachment-informed care. I also support clients navigating major life transitions, including perimenopause and menopause.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, I aim to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
