Janice specializes in moderate to deep pressure massage and tailors each session to the individual needs of her clients. She integrates techniques such as cupping and Gua Sha to enhance therapeutic outcomes and support long-term recovery. Her areas of focus include TMJ dysfunction, headaches, fascial work, muscle tension, injury rehabilitation, and stress-related conditions.
