Cesarean Recovery Massage TreatmentFollow-up
« *These follow-up sessions are designed for clients continuing their C-section recovery care plan only after completing an initial assessment.*
Each session includes a brief check-in and reassessment followed by hands-on treatment and progressive education to support healing and return to movement after abdominal surgery.
Treatment may include:
•Scar massage and soft tissue treatment,
•Breathwork and nervous system regulation,
•Posture and movement support,
•Guided core connection exercises,
•Massage therapy to surrounding areas including the hips, back, rib cage, neck, or shoulders.
Sessions are individualized based on your symptoms, goals, and stage of healing.
This work may also be supportive for clients navigating:
•Diastasis Recti,
•Abdominal tension or weakness,
•Postural changes after pregnancy,

The goal is to help you feel more comfortable and confident in your body after pregnancy, surgery, and through the challenges of caring for young children.
Your initial 90-minute appointment will include:
•Intake interview and discussion of goals
•Observation of posture, breathing patterns, and movement
•Guided breathwork and gentle movement
•Massage therapy treatment to the abdomen, scar tissue, and/ or other areas
•Education on self-scar massage and home care strategies
