Dans ses motsCompassionate and grounded, with a personalized approach, I provide counselling using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with my clinical experience. My practice is holistic, strength-based, and rooted in trauma-informed care; always tailored to meet each person where they are.
I’ve long been curious about how people make sense of their inner worlds and relationships. Growing up, I witnessed close family members navigate hardship and often felt helpless. That experience deeply shaped my commitment to understanding emotional pain and how to walk alongside others through it with presence and care. Helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered is at the heart of my work.
Outside of therapy, I’m a dog and human mum, a full-time plant sitter, and a nature lover.
