“Island RMT absolutely delivers in every way that you would hope for in a practice.
I instantly felt a wave of relaxation come over me as soon as I walked through the door of the cozy clinic, as if I had entered a woodsy, relaxation spa. Jared was quick to greet me, and I could immediately feel how his down-to-earth character paired well with the overall relaxing environment.
Throughout the session, Jared managed to share nuggets of knowledge, while still making it an incredibly relaxing experience (I’m sure his super calming voice played some part in this). His holistic explanations and simple directions helped to deepen the understanding of what the issues were, what he was doing to alleviate the symptoms, and what I could continue to do to prevent them from happening again or getting worse. The mental and physical feel-goods were very much real!
After the session, I reflected on the informative conversation that was had, as well as appreciated the passion for this type of work, that Jared so clearly demonstrated. I enjoyed the rest of my evening in an uplifting afterglow comparable to the kind that follows a real good psychedelic trip. It says a lot about a therapeutic experience, when you can carry it out the door with you like that.

“I had a great experience going to Island RMT. I found Jared to be very thorough and intuitive in his assessment and also a great hands on therapist. He took my whole body into consideration, not just the one area of injury and immediately identified the areas of imbalance. I felt great leaving after my massage.
