Jasmine Deol R.Kin, M.Sc Kin, CSCS - Master of Science in Kinesiology - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist - Registered Kinesiologist From an early age, Jasmine has had a keen interest in the human body and its remarkable capabilities that sparked her passion for movement and health. This curiosity led her to pursuing her Master of Science in Kinesiology and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, where she focused on high level performance and optimizing athletic potential. Through years of experience as a personal trainer, Jasmine has also spent a lot of time working with a diverse range of individuals - including individuals recovering from injury, managing chronic health conditions, and/or dealing with recurring pain and physical limitations. Jasmine continues to strongly attest to the transformative power of exercise in improving resilience and quality of life across all stages of life and levels of ability. This motivated Jasmine to become a Registered Kinesiologist to expand her expertise in the clinical setting. Jasmine understands the challenges many individuals face when trying to achieve their health and fitness goals and strives to support, educate, and empower individuals in their unique journeys. She takes a personalized, patient-centered, and evidence-based approach and is dedicated to creating a program that aligns with your specific goals, capabilities, and circumstances.
