À propos de Jason
Dans ses motsJason earned his Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria, where he specialized in Physical Education and Biology, before going on to complete his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. He has continued to build on his training with post-graduate education in acupuncture, manual therapy, and both pediatric and vestibular rehabilitation.
With experience as both a PE teacher and a physiotherapist, Jason brings an energetic and practical approach to working with children and families. He has a special interest in pediatrics and has worked with a wide range of young patients—from kids with sports injuries to those with diverse abilities. As a parent of a child with complex medical needs, Jason understands firsthand the challenges families can face and strives to provide compassionate, supportive care.
Jason is also passionate about concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. With advanced training in these areas, he enjoys helping people of all ages recover from concussions and manage dizziness, vertigo, and balance concerns so they can get back to doing what they love.
Outside of the clinic, Jason is a UBC Clinical Instructor and serves as the Director of Advocacy and Research for the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia: https://bcphysio.org/staff-directory/
