Dans ses motsWelcome :) I'm Jayme, a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a
Masters of Social Work Certificate in Advanced Clinical Social Work
Practice from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Social Work
from The University of Victoria. Over the years I have successfully
helped clients with the complex challenges that life presents, and I
would be honoured to be a part of your therapeutic journey.
Maybe you’ve been dealing with low mood, lack of satisfaction with life
or relationships, low self-esteem or maybe your anxious thoughts just
won’t stop. Will working with me be the help you need? Well, that’s
something only you can decide. But what I can tell you is that I have
been working in mental health for over a decade and have successfully
supported people through a variety of challenges.
My approach is person centered and strength-based, which means I will
meet you where you are at emotionally, listen to you without judgment
and look for your strengths. I will make every effort to create a place for
safety.
