I completed my Master’s of Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2020, following an Honours Bachelor of Science from the same institution in 2017. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, I worked as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. A lifelong athlete himself, I was inspired to pursue physiotherapy after a meaningful experience with a therapist during my youth—an encounter that now fuels my passion for helping others regain the joy of movement.
I take a holistic and personalized approach to care, integrating patient education, manual therapy, and corrective exercise into each treatment plan. I am also certified in dry needling, which I use as an adjunct therapy to support pain relief, improve mobility, and restore strength. My clinical experience spans a diverse population, including children, elite athletes, and older adults.
My primary goal is to help my patients return to the activities they love—whether that’s competitive sport or everyday functional tasks. I believe in not only achieving results but also creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere during the recovery process. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy weightlifting, playing volleyball, and exploring the city's food scene.
