Jeannine graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in January 2018, and having been raised in the community of Big Lake Ranch, moved back as soon as her schooling was complete.
Her techniques range from light to moderately deep, using a combination of gentle Fascial stretching and specific pinpointed Trigger Point release. Both styles require a bit of time for the tissues to loosen, but whereas working with the Fascia is more superficial, Trigger Point release can be quite deep depending on the muscle the knot inhabits.
