About Jeff
I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their emotional world, especially those navigating grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Many clients come in feeling like something inside them isn’t matching the life they’re living: emotions they can’t quite name, patterns they can’t seem to shift, or a sense that they’ve lost touch with themselves. My role is to offer a steady, grounded space where they can slow down, reflect, and understand what’s really happening underneath the surface.
My approach is relational, thoughtful, and collaborative. We explore the stories you’ve learned about yourself, the expectations you carry, and the protective strategies you’ve developed along the way. Instead of chasing quick fixes, we pay attention to emotional signals, recurring patterns, and the deeper needs or meanings that shape your experience. Sessions often feel spacious and reflective, an opportunity to make sense of your internal world in a way that feels coherent and self-directed.
People who work with me often leave with more clarity, emotional literacy, and self-trust. They develop a stronger ability to regulate difficult feelings, navigate conflict, and approach relationships with more intention. Over time, clients describe feeling more grounded and aligned with their own values, less driven by fear or reaction, and more guided by an understanding of who they are and what they actually need. I’m currently completing my practicum hours toward registration, and I bring a mix of formal training, lived experience, and a natural aptitude for deep listening and working with complexity.
