Jeff, having roots in Nova Scotia, emerged from Canada's east coast and settled in British Columbia in 2011. He joined the military and served his 4-year contract mostly on the West Coast, where he was stationed in Victoria.
Whether traversing scenic trails or competing on the baseball diamond, he finds solace and joy in being active amidst the West Coast trails.
Fueling his passion for fitness and wellness, he recently graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria. Motivated to empower others, Jeff embraces each opportunity to guide individuals toward healthier lifestyles and personal growth.
He draws from a diverse array of techniques. These techniques include Swedish and non-Swedish modalities such as petrissage, trigger point therapy, myofascial work, joint mobilizations, muscle stimulation, and deep tissue massage. He approaches his practice with versatility and experience.
