Jeff is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and completed the Kinesiology Program at UBC. He combines his previous knowledge with his new obtained knowledge to apply to current situations to provide individuals with relief from any sort of pain and/or discomfort. He believes that proper communication between the client and therapist is the key to positive, efficient results. All treatments are tailored towards the goals of his clients and he will work together with his clients to meet those goals effectively. He also believes that preventative measures are essential in building a strong foundation to prepare for unexpected situations. Jeff incorporates stretches, mobility, functional movement and general strengthening after his treatments to create a more long-term sustainable plan with his client. Outside of the clinic, you might see him lifting weights at the gym, on a hike or at a martial arts gym. You might also see him exploring different areas in BC or maybe even see him travelling around the world! Jeff is fluent in English and Cantonese

« If your accident falls within the last 12 weeks, you are pre-approved for treatment, and we can bill ICBC directly. Accidents outside of this 12 week period will need to be paid for privately, until we get approval for treatment. Once you are approved, we will issue a refund for ICBC’s portion of the treatment cost. »
