About Jen
Jen is a therapist-in-training who brings a compassionate, relational, and holistic approach to her work with individuals and couples. Drawing from her lived experiences as a mother, partner, and educator, she holds a deep respect for the complexity, beauty, and challenge of the human experience.
Jen supports clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—often carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, life transitions, or unresolved experiences. She understands how easy it is for emotional “clutter” to build over time when there is little space to slow down and process.
Her approach integrates mindfulness, guided reflection, curiosity-based dialogue, and creative modalities to support clients in reconnecting with themselves in meaningful ways. Grounded in person-centred values, Jen prioritizes authenticity, empathy, and a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship to help clients clarify goals and move toward meaningful change.
Jen has a growing interest in trauma-informed and attachment-based work and is certified in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM). She works primarily with adults, offering a warm and supportive space to explore patterns, process experiences, and move toward a more integrated and intentional way of being.
She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with their inherent strength, resilience, and capacity for growth.
