Jenelle is a Registered Social Worker who supports adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, burnout, and major life transitions.
She has advanced training in ADHD, neurodiversity-affirming practice, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed care. Jenelle has a particular interest in supporting women navigating relationship trauma, intimate partner violence, boundary setting, self-worth, and healing from difficult life experiences.
Jenelle's approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. She helps clients better understand themselves, build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-confidence, and develop healthier patterns in their relationships. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported, and empowered to move toward the life they want.
