Dans ses motsJenn is a psychotherapist and social worker with a Master of Social Work and a degree in Psychology. Jenn draws from years of experience working in community health care, non-profit and private settings, and focuses on providing compassionate care to clients in both Nova Scotia and Ontario.
Jenn specializes in working with individuals and couples, focusing on trauma in its various forms (including PTSD), perinatal/post partum, peri/menopause mental health, and neurodivergent-affirming care (ADHD and OCD).
She addresses trauma's multifaceted impacts, such as anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, depression, disordered eating, perfectionism, burnout, and challenging relationship/family dynamics. Her therapeutic approach integrates her training in EMDR, IFS, CPT, ACT, and i-CBT for OCD, along with somatic techniques, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
Jenn tailors her care to each client’s unique needs, fostering meaningful deep healing, and personal growth.
Beyond individual clinical work, Jenn is an experienced group facilitator, public speaker, and program developer, who values community engagement as a cornerstone of well-being.
