Dans ses motsJenna Antonakos is a board-certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who is excited to bring a holistic patient-centred approach to care. Embracing a fully integrated osteopathic model in her assessment and treatment, Jenna believes in integrating the body, mind and spirit using collective mechanics and osteopathic principles to guide treatment and optimize patient well-being. Completing a four-year professional training program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Jenna has over 4200 hours of clinical hands-on practice and comprehensive knowledge in clinical anatomy and physiology.
Beyond her practice, Jenna also brings her positive energy and expertise as head trainer at F45 Toronto Downtown and has a passion for motivating, encouraging, and uplifting people to achieve optimal health and mobility. With a competitive streak, Jenna is always up for pickle ball, tennis, spikeball, or any outdoor activity challenge. She can often be spotted hiking in western Canada and indulging in Greek delights abroad with family and friends.
