À propos de Jenna
Dans ses motsJenna’s passion for athletic therapy began when she was a young athlete prone to injury and her visits to an Athletic Therapist (her future Mentor) were frequent. Her passion continues in her field and clinical practice, working with active individuals eager to return to their activity rehabilitated and in better shape than ever.
She has worked with many different sports at varying levels, including varsity hockey, rugby, volleyball and provincial level rugby and soccer. She has also worked community level football, hockey and wrestling. Jenna’s athletic career consisted of predominantly over head, anaerobic sports (fastpitch and volleyball) so she enjoys treating shoulders and elbows and tailoring rehabilitative programs for their activity.
Noticing the high incidence of postural related pain, Jenna has taken a special interest and received additional training in workplace ergonomics.
