Dans ses motsJennifer is a Registered and Insured Acupuncturist based in Halifax, NS, dedicated to helping people live better, recover from injury, manage pain, and improve their overall health through personalized, evidence-informed care. She combines Traditional Chinese Medicine with Balance Method Acupuncture to create treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle.
Jennifer treats a wide range of concerns, including acute and chronic pain, sports injuries, headaches, stress, digestive issues, women's health, and fertility support. Depending on each patient's needs, treatments may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, acupressure, and heat therapy to support the body's natural healing process.
Jennifer completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2017. She went on to earn her Diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2025.
In addition to her acupuncture practice, Jennifer is a Qigong and Tai Chi instructor who enjoys empowering patients with simple movement, breathing, and self-care strategies that complement treatment and support long-term wellness. She values patient education and collaborative care as essential parts of achieving lasting results.
Outside the clinic, Jennifer enjoys strength training, rollerblading, exploring local trails, spending time on the water, and relaxing with a good book or a classic board game.
