Ms. Gracie is currently welcoming virtual teen clients aged 13–18. Supporting teens who may be struggling with identity, social pressures, bullying, low mood, and stress, offering a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to talk things through.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and focuses on gently helping teens understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we work on building practical coping strategies, emotional awareness, and confidence, while supporting teens to feel heard, understood, and supported during a challenging stage of life.
