Dans ses motsJennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) whose personal journey to healing sparked a curiosity for the mind-body connection. She graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and Teaching Clinic, where she focused on Swedish massage, gentle myofascial release, dynamic/rhythmic movement and lymphatic drainage.
Her holistic approach to massage means she incorporates a patient’s unique lifestyle, breathing, body awareness and movement patterns to help guide patients to co-create their treatment plans. She strongly believes in empowering patients and reminding them they are the experts of their own bodies. She also values being part of a patient’s circle of care and appreciates the power of collaboration with other health practitioners to help patients achieve their health goals.
Jennifer balances her practice with her passion for cooking, baking and staying active.
