Her curiosity for physiology began during her work as a birth doula, during this time she began to appreciate how anatomy, movement, and breath played a major role in child birth.
Jenn continued her exploration in anatomy and physiology, by becoming a massage therapist in 2010, and a yoga teacher in 2017.
She enjoys helping people feel their best through massage, yoga and mindfullness.
Jenn specializes in deep tissue/therapeutic massage, prenatal/postnatal massage, active release, fascial stretch therapy, cupping, and yoga.
