Healing Through Connection, Curiosity, and Evidence-Based Care
I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health and addictions care. I work from a developmental perspective and support individuals across the lifespan—including children, teens, adults, families, and older adults—with a particular focus on navigating life transitions.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance to every therapeutic relationship. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and both strength-based and solution-focused strategies.
I specialize in helping clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, crisis, self-harm, suicidal ideation, parenting stress, grief, and loss. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where healing and growth can unfold.
I am also an Approved Clinical Social Work Supervisor and offering clinical supervision to candidates seeking their RCSW designation.
