Jenny is passionate about helping individuals—whether athletes or members of the general public—move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.
Jenny is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) and recently graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University. During her athletic therapy training, she completed placements with the York University Women’s Rugby Team and Centennial College varsity teams, providing medical coverage, conducting assessments, and delivering treatments.
After graduating from Sutherland-Chan, she gained valuable clinical experience at Michael Garron Hospital, working with pre- and post-partum mothers and newborns, and at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute – Lyndhurst Centre, supporting patients with spinal cord injuries.
In 2026 Jenny going to the UK to pursue her studies to become a licensed physiotherapist.

Medical Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
« Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a feather-light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen area.
