Dans ses motsJeremy is a graduate of Algonquin College, with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. Jeremy has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2014 with training in therapeutic massage methods using myofascial and fascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage and PNF stretching to reach goals set out by the client. Treatments include deep and light tissue massage for the most effective relief of pain. Perfect for those who are in sports, pre- post-surgery rehab, pre- post-partum and more.
Jeremy’s approach to massage therapy comes from evidence-based practice. To maximize effectiveness of the treatments Jeremy will communicate with you to find your perfect pressure. He strongly believes in educating his clients about their condition(s) and will give them the best home-care techniques for the most effective & efficient recovery.
