I bring over 12 years of experience as both a pastor and therapist, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, burnout, addictions, and relationship concerns. I hold a Master’s in Social Work, with additional training in CBT, and degree in theology, philosophy, and film—allowing me to take a holistic and creative approach to healing. My experience spans working with individuals across all age groups, including youth in live-in treatment centers and adults in supportive housing programs with York Region. I’ve supported clients navigating profound loss, trauma, and complex mental health concerns. I offer both individual and group therapy, with a focus on emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. With a background in coaching, community leadership, and creative media, my therapeutic style is relational, grounded, and compassionate.
