Dans ses motsJessica is an RMT and Yoga Therapist with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She became interested in Western and Eastern approaches to consciousness while at Brock University. Over the years, she has cultivated a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Indian Head and Abdominal Massage, Full-Body Treatments and Holistic Facials in the Ayurvedic tradition. She has expanded to include Facial Cupping, Gua sha, TMJ/Intraoral, Thai Yoga, Integrative Energy Massage and Yoga - tailoring her services to each client's needs.
