Jesseca provides a sex-positive, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed space for individuals and relationships. With both professional and lived experience in sexual health, she brings an empathetic, nuanced approach to therapy. She supports clients in exploring identity, gender, sexuality, intimacy, and neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, sensory processing), while also helping them navigate relational patterns, deepen emotional and physical connection, and heal from developmental trauma. Jesseca’s approach is intuitive and flexible, integrating EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Parts Work interventions.
