I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. Together we will work towards building healthier relationship patters, both to yourself and others, developing deeper self-awareness, emotional connection, and self-compassion. We will collaborate to create personalized tools and pathways forwards that align with your values and goals.
