Helen Zheng is a distinguished Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certified by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), with a rich educational background from The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology of Canada (CTCMPC). Additionally, she is a Registered Acupuncturist and a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Helen’s career as an RMT has been dedicated to alleviating stress, anxiety, and tension while addressing soft tissue pain and mobility restrictions. Her extensive skill set includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and reflexology. She also specializes in prenatal and infant massage, as well as GuaSha techniques.
