Jillian grew up on Vancouver island and moved to the Mainland in pursuit of her massage therapy career where she graduated from Vancouver College Of Massage Therapy in 2021 with honors.
Jillian’s treatment approach is very goal oriented, and typically uses deeper therapeutic modalities coupled with dynamic release to help clients find relief. She focuses on providing effective treatment for prevention, maintenance, recovery, and rehabilitation. Jillian assists individuals integrate exercise and stretching into their daily lives to help clients get back to the activities they love.
Outside of treatment, Jillian has been a competitive highland dancer for 24 years and counting. Within her dancing career Jillian has won several championships and has ranked within the top 6 in Canada multiple times. Along side her dance training, Jillian believes in a balance of cross training utilizing weight, endurance, and plyometric exercises. To supplement her knowledge, Jillian earned her personal training certificate in 2019.

Lets start off with the office area, it's great the seating area is modern looking and comfortable the lighting is bright enough but not so bright that it is an assault on your eyes. The office staff are smiling genuine smiles and happy to help. As for parking and access There is wheelchair access and handicapped ♿️ parking spots available.

Jillian takes the time to hear you during the pre treatment interview and makes a treatment plan together with you for the visit.
I prefer a deeper treatment and Jillian delivers. JILLIAN has this amazing natural ability to ready your body and comfort level as she is treating you and adjust the pressure as needed. I have not had to ask for more or less pressure during my treatments. It's like she just understands what needs to be done and does it without creating discomfort during treatment.
Aftercare, Jillian is good with post treatment interview and will often suggest stretches to help you.
One thing that goes without saying is the possibility of bruising or sorness post treatment, what I have to say about this is: if you are going to ask a RMT for deep tissue treatment then expect brusing if you don't then great, but expect it.”Lire la suiteRéduire
