I’ve been a massage therapist for almost 30 years. I have a keen interest in learning how the body works and how we can optimize it physically, mentally, and emotionally. I specialize in many massage techniques including cranial sacral, visceral, and therapeutic exercise. I’ve been a lifelong athlete; playing soccer, golf, and weight training while also enjoying cycling and running. I love to learn about the latest bio-hacking technique and I expect to live to 100 with a high quality of life! Let me share my passions and knowledge to help you live your best life.
