Hi, I’m Jordan, a certified Rehabilitation Assistant with a diploma from Capilano University and a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies from the University of the Fraser Valley. I also hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and in Standard First Aid & CPR-C.
With several years of experience in acute and long-term care, I’ve worked alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to support clients of all ages and abilities. My mobile, in-home services are focused on guided movement, mobility support, post-operative recovery (non-medical), gentle yoga, and functional routines for children, adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities or special needs.
I aim to provide consistent, compassionate care that helps clients maintain independence, improve function, and feel supported in their wellness journey.
