Dans ses motsJordanna is a 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapist from Carstairs, with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain. She offers a variety of treatment styles including deep tissue, cupping, and therapeutic massage, always customizing her approach to meet each patient’s specific needs and goals. Her specialty is releasing plantar fasciitis, Indian scalp massage, pre & postnatal, as well as dealing with chronic pain in neck, hip(sciatic) and back (functional scoliosis) area. She is able to also use lymphatic techniques to help decrease inflammation.
Jordanna also has a background in soccer and was selected to play for India’s national team—an accomplishment she’s incredibly proud of. She also played provincial level for a number of racket sports: tennis, badminton and table tennis. With this background she has become experienced in treating sport related injuries and understanding the importance of maintenance while being a part of sports in order to help circumvent injuries.
Before becoming an RMT, Jordanna spent several years as a teacher in Mumbai and Dubai, where she developed a love for connecting with people from all walks of life. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Literature, and brings both compassion and insight to her work as a therapist.
Outside of the clinic, Jordanna enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Together, they’re active members of their christian community and love being involved in local events.
