Josie holds a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education from Mount Royal University, with a specialization in Physical Literacy, and a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Therapy from Leeds Beckett University. Her academic background is backed by extensive hands-on experience in physiotherapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy, athletic therapy, massage therapy, and strength and conditioning.
A lifelong athlete, Josie brings over 25 years of competitive soccer experience, including varsity and premier league. This athletic foundation, along with global travel and cross-cultural learning, shapes her holistic approach to movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
