Sometimes, words aren’t enough. Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, anxiety, or a loss they can’t put into words, or you, as a parent, feel unsure how to help, therapy doesn’t always have to start with talking. Art therapy offers a different way to process emotions, explore experiences, and build self-awareness—especially for neurodivergent children and youth who may find verbal communication overwhelming. In my work, I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space where creativity becomes a tool for healing, connection, and self-discovery.
I believe that healing happens through creative play and the freedom of expression—when we are given space to explore without judgment, we can process emotions in ways that feel natural and accessible. My approach is holistic, mindful, and client-centered, ensuring that every person I work with feels truly seen and supported. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship, meeting each client where they are, and walking alongside them in their journey with care and understanding. Whether through painting, drawing, or mixed media, I help children, youth, and families find their own ways to express and navigate life’s challenges, so they can move forward with greater ease.
