I am a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist with a deep commitment to holistic healing and wellness. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and a Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto.
I bring a diverse range of skills to my practice, including proficiency in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, dynamic release and general Swedish massage. My expertise extends to working in pre- and post - surgical wellness, prenatal and postpartum treatments, scar work, and managing neuromuscular disorders, allowing me to provide a comprehensive and tailored approach to care.
Outside of my practice, I am passionate about staying active. I regularly engage in powerlifting at the gym, playing hockey and golfing; which gives me a personal understanding of the physical demands of sports and the importance of recovery. This connection helps me relate to my clients and design treatments that address their unique needs.
My approach is centred on empowering individuals to achieve optimal physical function and well-being. I focus on addressing the root causes of discomfort, helping my clients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. With a personalized and client-focused philosophy, I am dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward recovery and lasting wellness.
