I enjoy treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and am dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans tailored to your specific needs.

I believe in providing evidence-based care and use a combination of exercise, education, manual therapy, and self-management techniques to help you get back to the activities you love. I have a special interest in working with neurological conditions, and I’ve had the privilege of helping patients see improvements from stroke, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injuries, and more. I strive to help my clients feel empowered in their own bodies, encouraging them to take on new challenges with confidence.

When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, rock climbing, camping, or enjoying a day at the beach. One of my favourite experiences was hiking all 4,200 km of the Pacific Crest Trail in 2019. When I can’t be outside, I like to stay active through CrossFit, and enjoy learning new skills like sewing and crocheting.
