“My philosophy is simple: no wasted effort, no cookie-cutter workouts. Every client has different goals, so every plan should feel like it’s designed with purpose. I’ve lived the athlete’s life where every rep mattered, and I carry that same mindset into coaching. I don’t just want people to sweat and leave; I want them to understand why they’re doing something, see progress they can feel, and leave here stronger than they came in. For me, the best part of coaching is watching someone light up when they realize they can move better, train harder, and enjoy life more.”
