In pediatrics, she works with infants and children presenting with torticollis and plagiocephaly, motor development delays, gait abnormalities, and certain breastfeeding-related difficulties in infants.
Justine graduated from Université de Montréal in 2019. She has continued her professional development by completing several levels of advanced manual therapy training, including Level 3 Upper Quadrant and Level 2 Lower Quadrant. She is passionate about supporting her patients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
Since joining Kinatex in 2019, Justine has focused her practice on sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and injury prevention, providing personalized treatments tailored to each patient. She adopts a patient-centered approach and strongly believes in the importance of patient education and injury prevention. Her treatment approach is based on a comprehensive assessment and individualized care adapted to each patient’s needs.

« During the initial consultation, the physiotherapist will gather all the necessary informations regarding your general health and your injury. The physiotherapist will perform a detailed physical assessement of your condition and will explain to you all the findings of the evaluation.
The physiotherapist will explain to you the treatment plan, the recommended frequency of follow-up appointments and will answer all your questions.
The physiotherapist will then begin the treatment plan and will prescribe you a therapeutic home exercise program.

During the first one-hour session, an expert running therapist will perform a complete biomechanical analysis of your running style. This assessment includes a three-dimensional video analysis of your running pattern, a review of your health history and advice on shoe selection and training progression.
The program is particularly useful if you experience pain during or after running, or if you simply want to improve your technique and performance. Customized exercises, based on your assessment, will help you run more fluidly, reduce fatigue and prevent injury.
