Kam is an experienced Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families across life stages in community, educational, and clinical settings. She brings a warm, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach to her work and is dedicated to walking alongside clients as they navigate trauma, stress, emotional well-being, and life challenges.
Kam has a special focus on relational wellness, with experience in parenting support, interpersonal relationships, couple relationships, and family dynamics. She also supports children and youth with diverse learning and developmental needs, such as ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. She understands that clients may face complex challenges at different life stages, including self-growth, adaptation and adjustment, grief, and loss. She offers a safe and supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and understood while exploring concerns, building insight, and developing practical coping strategies.
With professional experience in both Hong Kong and Canada, Kam brings a culturally sensitive and multicultural perspective to her work. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and is committed to supporting clients in a way that honours their backgrounds, values, and lived experiences.
