My approach is based on the principles of positive psychology, focusing on identifying and utilizing individuals' inherent strengths.
My main goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can connect with their inner selves and work towards their goals. I strongly believe in each person's potential for personal growth and transformation. Building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is crucial, as it provides a secure and supportive environment for them to express and understand their emotions.
