Kara graduated from the Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy and started working as an RMT in 2023. She is a kind and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of her clients. She has experience working with all ages, from children to older adults. Kara enjoys unraveling the complexities of the human body, assessing client’s concerns and building a treatment plan to meet their goals. As a strong supporter of the body’s ability to heal itself given the right environment, she uses a variety of relaxation and therapeutic techniques. Client participation in home exercises, lifestyle adaptations and collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners is also encouraged. Outside of the clinic, Kara enjoys traveling, skiing, gardening and yoga.
