Dans ses mots####My name is Kasey Russell, I am a Registered Massage Therapist and a mom of 2!
I graduated in 2010 from Kikkawa College in Toronto. I am very passionate about the needs of every client and is dedicated to not only treating them, but also educating them, helping them understand the true benefits of massage therapy and how they can relieve pain and tension in their everyday lives. My keen interest is how the body carries and copes with stress and tension that affects posture, then correcting it using myofascial and trigger point techniques.
When I am not working I love spending time with my family being outside, travelling, camping and hiking. At the end of the day I like a good book or a challenging Sudoku puzzle.
I'm certified in Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Fibromyalgia Massage and Cupping Massage.
